Organza Bags

by Jeffery Nevil(134) Red Star

Organza bags are a great little parting gift at weddings or other high end special events. They are inexpensive and can be very personal and touching to the receiver if utilised properly. Organza bags are those little lace/mesh bags filled with a little token of appreciation and thank you for the person being there on the occasion in question. The question is what do you fill them with? So many choices! So here is a few ideas and thoughts for your consideration:

1, Scented petals and wild seeds.

This idea is great because it is personal and long term. Everyone has space to plant a few seeds and it is a constant reminder of the special day/event. You can fill it with your favourite flower or a mix of scattering wild flowers. The scented petals are the decoration or maybe even a hinter at what could be lying within the seed pouch!

2, Chocolate.

It's always a winner! You can fill it with little chocolate shapes, like hearts, moons, kisses, medallions. Or if you want to you can go a little bit further by going to a special chocolatier and get hand crafted unique shapes personal to the environment of the celebration itself. The possibilities are endless, literally if you can think of it you could get it made.

3, Stones, shells and a tea light.

A nice earthly decorative treat. You can get coloured pebbles for more of an eye catching gift which you can also make it colour coordinated with your colour scheme! And with the added attachment of the candle it can become a lovely relaxing present to give after, I'm more than sure a manically fun evening.

4, A little ornament.

Now you might thinking that sounds far too expensive for a gift on top of all the other costs for running a great party...well it really doesn't have to be. If you buy in bulk you can get good quality miniature ornamental objects for each person there. They last forever and can be put up around the person's house again as reminder of your event.

5, Keeping it personal.

The last three ideas are rather traditional but if you are bit more on the wacky side keep it personal! Think about each individual when setting the seating places and consider what would be a great little token to give to that certain person. You can it subjective so only you and the person will find it amusing or go with something with a bit more party flavour that the whole room/table could enjoy. This concept takes a little more time but it's totally worth it in the long run.

These are just a few ideas if you are struggling with what to go with, happy choosing and I think my invite got lost in the post...just saying!
