Are You Too Old for Weight Management?

How many times have you heard others say that they are too old to start following a weight loss program? How many times have you said this yourself? There is a common misconception that it is too late to control your weight once you have reached a certain age, but that doesn't have anything to do with reality. There are now sixty-year-old women who look as if they have just entered their thirties...and not all of them are celebrities being paid to look that way!

If you could ask ten to twenty of your friends who the most beautiful women are in their lives, you would be surprised to see how many of them list someone over the age of thirty.
