The rule of thumb is to never use hypnosis to harm others, otherwise the gift is useless.

Signs to Look for if a Person is Hypnotized

-The person's eyelids are fluttering

-Wetness and redness of the eyes

-The person looks very relaxed and calm

-Significant change in breathing

-The person feels warm or cold even if they're not supposed to feel such

-Tingling sensations

-Twitching of arms and fingers

Remember that hypnosis is not harmful because it does not allow you to do anything against your moral beliefs. People cannot entrance themselves to kill anybody. It is a form of progressive relaxation and meditation.
