In conclusion, the parts that come with the wind turbine kit vary from kit to kit. When you are looking for these devices on the Internet you need to make sure that the parts that you think it comes with are actually what you are going to get. Otherwise you could get a box full of sub-assembled parts that still require additional pieces in order to get them up and running.
