When buying a child stroller to accommodate two babies, you have to give some consideration to what you are going to purchase. There are so many choices available to us that it can sometimes become confusing as to which one to pick.

We all value our prized, little cargos and so we want to make sure that we have a suitable stroller for them to sit in. We need to think about how we are going to use our new stroller.

Using the Stroller

Think about how regularly you will use the child stroller and where you will generally be using it. E.g.: will you use it for daily chores, outside, inside, transport it in the automobile, rough ground or paved surfaces?

The main location for the use of your stroller will be the main factor in the choice of stroller.

The other factors that will influence your decision will become easier after you have figured out the main places you will use it.

Stroller Size

By size, we are not talking about seat size. How much space is there in your auto trunk? Will it fit into your car trunk when folded? If your auto is modest, then it probably has a tiny trunk. How easy is it to take off the wheels? Taking off the wheels can make a big difference to the size.

Side by Side or Tandem

If you intend to use the stroller to go shopping, then a side by side stroller will be complicated to maneuver through narrow isles. An inline stroller would be better for this. The disadvantages of the tandem nevertheless are that the infant in the rear seat has limited visibility.

Ease of Folding

Not all strollers are simple to fold. If you are going to be folding the stroller regularly, it is indispensable that you find 1 that folds effortlessly.

How heavy is the stroller?

Single strollers do not weigh as much as double strollers. Sometimes they can be impressively heavy. Heavier strollers as a rule have better construction so they will last longer but you must be able to lift it. Make sure you can lift the stroller into your motorcar. What about going up and down stairs? It is essential that you can physically lift the stroller.

Stroller wheels

Large wheels will limit the manoeuvrability of the stroller but they improve ride comfort whenever going over rough ground. For paved surfaces, smaller wheels are better. Tires can be solid or air filled. Pneumatic (or air-filled) tires are softer for going over bumps. Solid tires will never have a flat or go flat.

Maneuverability

How easy is the stroller to push? It can be useful to take the stroller for a speedy walk around the store before you buy it. This way you can see what it is like to steer. It will also give you a sense of how broad the stroller is and if it is suitable for you.

Canopy

Check that there is a big canopy or sun shade that is easily adjusted. It is crucial to keep the elements of your infant and principally to protect it from the sun. Make sure to test this feature before you purchase a stroller.

Accessability

On top of all of this you should look for how easy it is to adjust the seats, handle height, canopy etc. Check out Uppababy Vista 2012
