Take Paid Surveys & Influence Video Game Creation

The video game market has been growing rapidly ever since the 90's when big video games and game consoles would sell. Of course, not every game comes out to become successful, which is why many paid survey companies are looking to ordinary people like you to try out the games that the creators of the newest games are planning to release. Let's face it, a huge amount of money is invested when thousands of copies of a certain game is created, only to find out that nobody was planning to buy the game. So, many companies today are planning to hire you and pay you a good amount of money just to give you their opinion on the game that you played.
How does this work?
Basically, video game creators want to be sure that their games are going to sell a lot, so they ask paid survey companies to find gamers like yourself to test out their games. They will usually get around ten gamers who enjoy that specific kind of game, and they'll ask each of them to decide whether or not it's worth putting out to millions of people on the market. These are usually called "Focus Groups", but it's not uncommon for people to play games both online or in person, and maybe even choose between a set of multiple choice questions on what they're looking for in a game. The coolest part is that you get paid during the process just to give your opinion.
Why do paid survey companies pay me for playing their game?
The truth is that most gamers want to make sure that their game appeals to the masses and is basically bought when it's released, so they're willing to pay a small amount of cash to you for giving in your honest opinion. Remember that it's not worth it to lie and say the game was great, as the point was to give your honest opinion. So, if you don't really like a certain game or you feel like it's lacking that UMMMPH factor, then feel free to explain it during the survey or focus group.
The potential earnings
The potential earnings from this business is so high, many people even make this their main career, even those who are still in their teens. On average, it's not uncommon for people to earn anywhere from $15 to $25 during one survey or focus group. One of the biggest earners make around $65,000 for a single year, so those kinds of people definitely make a lot of money.
Making money from this is amazing, as you are basically kind of creating your own video game. Aside from testing a game out, you can take surveys and answer them in multiple choice format. So, they'll basically just be asking several questions. You may be asked certain questions like "what kind of video games are more interesting? A: Car games B: Shooting games C: Hand Eye Coordination games D: Sports games". If you didn't know, this is exactly how the big games like the Wii became developed. You never know, you might have a part in developing the next greatest game five to ten years from now.
