Keeping The Love Alive With Valentines Cards

Long distance relationships are never easy and both parties have to put in the effort to make it work and to keep the spark alive. Whether you and your beloved are apart for work or study reasons, in different counties or even different countries, long distance relationships can be hard work and a lot of effort is required to keep them going. Thankfully communication has been streamlined and it is easier to stay in touch with your other half thanks to things such as Skype, text messaging and online chat. The joys of the internet mean we don't just have to talk on the phone but can see each other on live video chat as well, something that can sometimes make the distance seem closer. The strain is still a tough one however, with the lack of physical connection or intimacy, thus it is important to make the most of every situation and give your partner reminders that you're always there and always will be. Whether you surprise them with a bouquet of flowers or a love letter, it is important to keep the romance alive and remind your other half you are thinking of them.
Another great idea to keep the romance, desire and love alive is to send a personalised card. It doesn't have to be Valentine's Day to send a romantic card (though that's coming up soon so don't forget those Valentines cards !) and letting your partner know you're thinking about him or her despite the distance can be a reassuring thing for them to see. Personalising the card has never been easier with many online greeting card vendors letting you write to your heart's content - so you can let your partner know just what you're thinking, how you feel and how much they mean to you - and as the only letter mail people receive these days are bills, receiving a personalised card from someone you love would be a lovely surprise. You can also add photos of you and them together to remind them of the good times past and future. The main point is to reassure your partner, let them know you're there and be available for them at all times, this should see you through the good times, bad times and all the times in between and lead to many successful rendezvous when the time and travel allows. Keep the love alive and let them know you are thinking about them now!
