However, symptoms of high blood pressure are noticeable in some patients which may include headaches, nausea, nosebleeds, chronic fatigue, blurred vision, dizziness, palpitations, tinnitus, and malignant hypertension.

How to treat high blood pressure?
The key factor to treat high blood pressure is to low down the blood pressure to not more than 140/90. The type of treatment given will depend on how high your blood pressure is, whether you are inflicted with other health problems such as diabetes, and whether any organs have already been damaged.

Hypertension patient could decrease their blood pressure and reduce risk of heart disease by making healthy modifications in their day to day activities and food regimens. However, if lifestyle changes alone are not helpful in treating your blood pressure, taking blood pressure drugs may be needed.

For high blood pressure that does not react effectively to diet and workout, a thiazide-type diuretic is recommended for most patients, except when there is a strong necessity to use a different type of drugs. But, the biggest problem in treating hypertension is not a lack of knowledge, but a lack of the implementation of our present knowledge.

Get regular, brisk exercise and consume a healthy diet. Check your blood pressure from time to time and treat it appropriately when needed before it causes damage to your heart! Hypertension can also be contributed by high stress and tension levels. Hence, managing stress can be helpful in dealing with high blood pressure. In addition, one of the valuable revelations on how to treat high blood pressure effectively is the sesame oil consumption. Replacing common cooking oil with sesame oil helps in lowering blood pressure. Sesame oil contains about 43 percent polyunsaturated fatty acids, which can affect and reduce the blood pressure.
