As we all know a lot of countries were hit by the recession that hit during 2008/2009 and the Swedish jobs market being no exception. This in turn reduced the amount of jobs available and increased the number of people unemployed. However the figures are expected to improve into 2010 and the global economy is set to level out and bring some order back to the world economic union.

In 2010 there were many opportunities for graduates in Swedish with Swedish job seekers being some of the most highly skilled in Europe.

During 2010 the Swedish government was so set in their ways that the recession was going to stick it informed the people of Sweden to stick to major industries. This was to try and get a lot of people that were made redundant back into work. Due to the nature of businesses such as engineering, IT professionals, accountants and so on, these are large industries and much more of a sure bet. Even more so than industries that relied on disposable income purchases as these were becoming more and more a thing of the past.

A lot of individuals throughout Sweden turned to different countries to find work, in turn creating a great deal of Swedish language speaking professionals available throughout Europe.

With Swedish being a much localised language and only spoken in Sweden, it makes Swedish language speaking jobs a little hard to come by. Like every other language speaking professional they turned to the strongest economy in the EMU, which was traditionally the UK or Germany.

These countries have been host to a range of language speaking professionals for some time now, and not with the exception of Swedish language speakers.

Swedes bring a great deal of skills that they have picked up from working in Sweden which can then translate into other countries in Europe and benefit them too.

Swedes are known for their robustness and punctuality. A great characteristic trait which would certainly benefit any country that they decide to take their skills too.

A lot of companies in Sweden are laying off a great number of staff too, Companies such as Ikea and Saab layout off thousands of jobs collectively, then there is no doubt that these skilled workers will work overseas and utilise their language skills.

Green jobs are also being created in Sweden. Great Britain is #1 in Europe than providing green energy and subsidising or green energy products. Sweden is not far behind in 2nd with new energy programs and jobs being opened in various different industries.

Sweden, like all other European countries, has a tough couple of years ahead. But with the quality of Swedish jobs.

and Swedish language speaking professionals across Europe and overseas this will surely not last for much longer.

Swedish jobs in London are the jobs that are the most sought after with London still being a major economic player on the world stage.
