For The Love Of A Horse

Good Morning Everyone,

Just found this website, and sounds like great fun.

My knowledge of horses is limited, but have always had an attraction and love of them. Being newly retired, hope to have more time to learn more and ride more. Not an accomplished rider, but can stay on one, or at least so far.

Have wondered many times why there is such a special feeling one gets around horses. If you understand this, no more needs to be said.

Might be the romanticism of how the country got started, and subsequent westward expansion. Regardless, the horse played a great role in the development of our great nation.

Now they are a source of pride and pleasure to their owners, as much as any dog or cat lover. And if one is really blessed, owning a dog or cat also, can result in a very reduced stress filled life. Who doesn't need that now?
