There is no Halloween without scary decorations. When it comes to homemade decorations, it is feasible to create Halloween decorations from used things you have lying around the house. Those recycled Halloween decorations are diverting for all the family and bring the fun to Halloween.
Make a Halloween SnowglobeA Halloween Snowglobe can be made from an old glass jar, small plastic spiders and beach glass, small stones or false small gems. To make this Halloween ornament, just fill the jar with Karo syrup and place the small stones, false small gems or beach glass and plastic items in the jar. Secure the top of the jar in place with some silicone caulking so that the liquid does not escape from the jar. Once the caulk has dried and the top of the container is safe, the Halloween Snowglobe will be slimy and ugly for anyone who will want to shake it up.
Recycled Halloween SpiderThe egg carton is an additional good generator for recycled Halloween decorations. You can make a spider out of an egg section. Just cut out the egg cup and paint black. For the legs, do four small holes on two lateral sides of the cups, insert chenille stems in the holes and tie to the egg cup with glue. Two white points will represent the eyes. After making a hole in the center of the egg cup, utilize fishing line to hang the recycled Halloween decorations through the house. In case these decorations are the be hung outside, it is essential to spray the whole spider with a waterproof clear spray paint.
Another Halloween Symbol: the BatYou can also produce a bat out of an egg carton. Rather than using only one egg cup, this bat needs three cups in a row. The two external cups need to be cut down to be similar to the wings of the bat. Paint and decorate the cups to look like a bat and hang up utilizing fishing line.
Making recycled Halloween decorations is a low-cost way to celebrate this sinister 24-hours holiday. Many decorations can be made from used products. Other simple recycled Halloween decorations involve light bulb, witches and juice carton door stops. Children can produce all of these items with the help of an adult.
