Wrap Up Your Prison Break Collection With Prison Break Season 4
by Julie Newman(7)
At the beginning I was not a believer in Prison Break. The whole idea just seemed odd to me. Immediately after it started though I was loving the characters and appreciating the writing. This series is dramatic and strong. In 2003 Fox was not interested, but in 2004 they tried it out. This series gets a hold of you and you are in for the count. From beginning to end. For any serious fan, having the DVDs is a must.
Prison Breaks fourth season is the best in my opinion. The characters are so familiar after all this time, that I was completely involved in what happened to them. I loved every minute partly because I knew this was the final dramatic adventure.
Season 4 began with Michael avenging Sara's death and comes full circle, to find Michael saving Sara, rescuing Lincoln, and everyone except for T-bag, who is sent to the electric chair, gets exonerated.
The series finalizes with a a conclusion that is 4 years later. The group reunites to honor the anniversary of Michael dying. After all the intense action in the TV movie Prison Break happens, its The Final Break, in which Michael's main goal is to release Sarah from prison. He dies making this happen.
Getting the scoop from the people that work on the inside is the coolest. You hear all the juicy tidbits on the commentary of cast and crew included in the DVD set. There will probably be a Blu Ray version with even more stuff included that will be released at a later date. But immediately available, this final release is a keeper.
