"Save My Marriage Today" is just one of the many books available to you as a resource if you are looking to repair a broken marriage. Divorce rates have been high for as long as I have been around and they don't show any sign of declining any time soon. So if you are either thinking of divorce and have the slimmest of desires to attempt to work things out or are faced with an impending divorce or separation there is no doubt you are looking for answers or help and quick.

As I said, there are numerous books on the market at the moment aimed at helping you to save your marriage or relationship. "Save My Marriage Today" is aimed at married couples or to one partner in a marriage or cohabitative relationship...this means both men and women. It is a straight forward guide that promises to point out some of the many obstacles that couples come across in even the most loving and monogamous relationships and what might be done to work through the issues that are bound to arise.

Ms. Waterman explains what can happen and often does when disagreements arise over such things as in-laws, sex, money and friends, which are the classic battlegrounds of most marriages or relationships in general. "Save My Marriage Today" hopes to help you over these potholes in the road to a blissful relationship with the one you love by spelling out what you can do to avoid these conflicts without burying your head in the sand and how to work through the conflicts once they arise.

Some of the helpful pieces of advice that are included are:

- The reasons why working hard at your marriage or relationship can almost be a kiss of death.

- The secrets of a real loving and successful marriage and how to keep your marriage heading in this direction.

Although I was all set to write "Save My Marriage Today" off as a rehash or the same old advice I have to say that there are some nuggets of gold in there. Yes, some of the information was basic to me but I do believe that everybody should know these basics of a healthy relationship or marriage. Overall, I would have to say that I did walk away from reading Amy Waterman's book with some helpful insight that I will carry with me always.
