Costumes Are Out. Halloween Aprons Are In!

Kids love to dress up as their favorite character for Halloween.  While this is plenty of fun for them, adults don't always have the time or energy to spend to put together an elaborate costume.  But that doesn't mean that you can't find a way to celebrate the holiday and have some fun of your own.

Do any of these reasons for avoiding costumes sound familiar?
  1. You don't have the time to run around town finding the perfect costume, along with all the requisite accessories
  2. You hate the idea of blowing a whole paycheck on an outfit you are only going to wear once
  3. You are too busy helping the kids with their costumes to worry about your own
  4. You aren't planning to go out anyway, just have a quiet night at home giving out candy to trick-or-treaters
  5. The costumes for sale in the store are geared towards nubile teenagers, not adult women
These are valid reasons for not going in costume, but what if you still want to be a little festive?  If you are looking for something other than your orange "This Is My Costume" t-shirt, a Halloween apron may be just the thing.

A fun little waist apron with a Halloween design on it can bring a little spirit to your normal clothes.  You can wear virtually anything with your spiderweb or jack-o-lantern apron, and be as comfortable or classy as you want.  Your favorite loungewear (black is a great choice) under a casual cotton apron with a Halloween-themed print.  A sparkly or glittery apron goes great with a little black dress for a more formal look.

Halloween is the one day of the year you can get away with wearing whatever you want, so don't be pressured into wearing an overpriced store-bought costume.  Find a special Halloween apron and make this year's holiday unforgettable.

Addicted To Aprons has exclusive Halloween aprons for sale, as well as some adorable vintage aprons and hostess aprons, perfect for this holiday season.
